The Two Questions . . . ANSWERED!!!

So, the day after my sister got that Instant Message from MONSTER-X, something else happened. I got a mysterious postcard in the mail.

On the front of the postcard was a recent picture of—you guessed it—HorrorLand. And on the back? Somebody wrote in really creepy writing:

“HorrorLand is NOT what it used to be!”

THEN, on Monday, another postcard arrived at our house. This one was addressed to “LM1,” the codename my sister uses.

On the front of that postcard was an OLD picture of HorrorLand, and on the back, in the same weird handwriting, someone wrote:

“You asked me WHO I am. Next time, ask me WHAT I am.”

And it was signed “MONSTER-X”!

Um…MONSTER-X is writing to us! CRAZY!!! It’s GOTTA be the same MONSTER-X who Instant Messaged my sister last week.

Oh, but get this: My sister is FREAKING out because when I posted the Instant Message here on the site, it showed her actual name. I told her that it was HER idea to include the whole IM—I was just doing what she asked. She didn’t say anything about cutting her name from the first line.

Well, since she was going to accuse me of doing something dumb, I threw the two postcards at her and asked why she thought it was OK to post our mailing address on the Web!  I mean, I figured she must have posted our address online or in another one of her classified ads.

But then she got really nervous, and I asked what was wrong, and she told me she DIDN’T post our address anywhere. . . .

Which means NEITHER OF US posted our address. . . .

WHICH MEANS MONSTER-X SOMEHOW FIGURED OUT WHERE WE LIVE!!!

Guys, this is really scary. MONSTER-X knows where we live. Is he looking for us right now? Maybe he’s not even a “he.” Maybe MONSTER-X is . . . an actual monster!!!

LM1 and I really need to figure out what to do next. Come back on June 23 for the next post! (If we’re still here!)
