Numbers or not? Another Mystery!!!

Something VERY weird is going on. 

I took a closer look at the Madame Doom fortune-teller cards. The card with our names on it also has our lucky numbers on it!!! At first it only seemed a LITTLE weird because the number “3” is printed twice, and “3” happens to be my sister’s lucky number. But then I noticed something a LOT weird. . . .

One of the numbers isn’t even a number at all!!!

It’s just like a half circle or something. I first thought that maybe some of the ink rubbed off the card, but now I’m pretty sure it was printed that way.

Of course, my sister (I mean, “LM1”) thinks I’m crazy. She thinks they’re DEFINITELY all numbers.

But I don’t think so. No way. I mean, this is HorrorLand we’re talking about here! They’re always playing tricks on kids! They serve Mice Crispies for breakfast!!!

Two nights ago, I was looking at the Madame Doom cards in my room (I had already finished my homework and studied for my science test!), and my dad knocked on my door to tell me to wash my hands before dinner. So I ran to the bathroom. I grabbed the cards, but I forgot to hide them and just took them to the sink with me.

(My sister says if I didn’t have so much energy ALL THE TIME, I wouldn’t do things like that. I think it’s good to have energy all the time. It helps get things done!)

Anyway, I put the cards next to the sink while I washed my hands, and then I noticed something new.

In the bathroom mirror, the numbers looked like LETTERS!!!!!!

I circled the numbers and showed my sister, but she got SO mad at me. She just told me to stop writing stuff on the evidence. When I showed her the card in the mirror, she said they just looked like backwards numbers to her. But she hardly even looked at it!!! She can be so bossy sometimes!!!

I’m pretty sure I’m on to something here, even if LM1 thinks I’m crazy.
